it's been a while since I met Vincent, Nicholas, Kenneth and Kai yi altogether, and today,
we finally met all of us after like so bloody long I don't even remember how long we haven't met.
and initially I thought we would be going to town in the evening, well, turned out another way.
which I don't mind also, because wherever we go and do are always fun.

so we met up at sembawang for pastamania, and I ORDERED THE WRONG PASTA.
MAYBE, I need to know more about the types of pastas, maybe.
then we headed straight to Kai yi's place with tidbits and drinks/beer.
AND OUR MAHJONG SESSION STARTS.
first time, I played mahjong with Poker chips, which was kinda unique and cool.
in the end I lost like 5 bucks, which initially should be more but there was something wrong with the calculations.
now I know, I should stop shaking my legs too frequently. it really did change my luck.

and I really enjoy playing mahjong, the feeling of drawing the next tile and WINNING.
but I guess I gotta try to learn to accept gambling sometimes, as I really hated gambling.
since it's not a frequent occasion, I should just numb my feeling about gambling and enjoy it for once.
and knowing to control, which I know I certainly will be able to.

so after like plenty of rounds till around 7, we left his place and took 859 to Yishun.
and we had our dinner at the usual coffeeshop, but this time round we ordered zhi cha.
we had hotplate tofu, PRAWN PASTE CHICKEN, pork ribs and sambal kang kong. woo.
30 plus for the 5 of us only. cheap and filling. they gave us some tasteless jelly too.

the night was still early, so we decided to catch a movie, and that is AVATAR.
not as I expected, the movie was not bad. very interesting storyline.

as we were talking about it, we decided to organize another mahjong session soon before my flight on the 30th.
and perhaps a weekend so we could watch soccer together too :D
